Common questions
Do you offer monthly plans?
Not yet. Annual-only keeps pricing simple and gives us a real runway to keep building. Most LOs find the math obvious anyway — even Basic at $149.99/yr is under $13/month.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time — your contacts and call history come with you. Downgrade works at the end of your billing period; if your contact count exceeds the new limit, you can still view existing contacts but can't add new ones until you're within the new limit.
What happens after the 60-day trial?
You pick a plan. If you don't, your account goes into view-only mode — your data stays safe, you can read it and export it, you just can't add new contacts or place new calls until you upgrade. Cancel anytime.
Is my data really encrypted?
Yes — and not in the marketing way. Every contact identity field (names, numbers, emails, notes) is encrypted on your device with AES-256 using a key (MEK) we never see. The Supabase database stores ciphertext that's useless without your password or recovery key. Read the full security deep dive for technical details.
What if I forget my password?
You use your 16-character recovery key (shown to you once at signup — write it down). That unlocks a backup copy of your encryption key. If you lose both your password AND your recovery key, your data is unrecoverable. We literally cannot help you. That's the cost of zero-knowledge — but it's also why you can trust us.
Will you ever raise prices?

Refunds?
All purchases process through the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies — we don't see your payment details so we can't process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support to request one.
