I forgot my password
Use your 16-character recovery key. From the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the prompts. Without your recovery key, your encrypted data cannot be unlocked — we literally cannot reset it for you. Always write the recovery key down on paper at signup.
Where is my data stored?
On Supabase servers in the United States. Every contact field is encrypted on your device before upload, so what we store is ciphertext only. Reads decrypt on your device with your key.
Billing & refunds
All payments process through the Apple App Store. We never see your card details. For refunds, contact Apple Support — they handle subscription disputes per their policy.
Account deletion
Settings → Security → Delete Account in the app. All your data (encrypted blobs included) is permanently deleted within 30 days. We do not retain backups.
